01 Design & Drafting

Sohaib Steel Design team possess in-depth technical knowledge and proficiency in the latest design and analysis software. This enables us to meet the needs of the client with maximum efficiency and economy while conforming to international safety, stability and resilience standards.

02 Fabrication

Sohaib Steel production plant generates optimum geometry for each project as it connects design and manufacture processes through its in-house developed CAM system. All elements are manufactured with high technology CNC machines.

03 Paint & Packaging

Unlike other structure which are painted at site, Sohaib Steel Space Frames receive finished paint and finest 7 stage powder coating at factory. After inspection of each element and paint finishing, all the members are packed in specialized EPS packaging that protects the surface finish through transportation phase.

04 Erection

Before erecting the structure, Sohaib Steel engineer study the installation man oeuvres needed, by means of our own calculation tools. Steel Structures are then deployed using cranes considering all safety measures. At the completion of erection a comprehensive final inspection is done as per quality standards.
